What can Cupping help with?

Cupping helps improve blood circulation, promotes healing, alleviates pain, improves mobility, decreases muscle tightness, improves sleep, and has many more benefits. If you're unsure whether Cupping is right for you, you can speak to one of our practitioners.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! You and your loved ones can enjoy a 10% discount if you make a group booking.

How long does the bruise take to heal?

The ecchymosis ('bruise') can take up to 7 days to disappear. We advise using oil to help the healing process, and checking the cupped area daily.
